Theory Actions in X Chapters/Actions Theory in X Acts : Talk and Twerk

The result of the project is a short video documentation of reciprocal lesson given by the twerking instructress and the teacher of the rhetoric. We can easily observe how the smart nonverbal choreography of speech is joining the erotically explicit dance. Women bodies are shot by camera during the training. They exercise proper breathing techniques first, then nonverbal expression and finally they try to articulate diverse notions on twerking. After the rhetoric lesson is given, they change the positions of teacher and the person being taught. It's time to learn how to twerk. In the final sequence we can see both women performing short twerk choreography on hip-hop music track made originally for the project.
Multimedia System for Support of Languages Education

This project is about electronic learning (e-learning). The first part of this document explains the meaning of the term e-learning, where it is used and what advantages and disadvantages has this type of learning compared to the other methods of learning. The user gets familiar with tools that create the electronic lesson and how to design the lesson. In the second part there are described different techniques and tools to create application interface, to display 3D graphic and to play audio records in different operating systems. In this part, there are described tools in more detail for the operating system Microsoft Windows. The goal of this project is to design and to realize the multimedia system for language education. With the use of 3D graphic and audio records the educational system was created with sophisticated appearance and comfortable control.
The utilization of the elements of the Feldenkrais method in an individual with a headache

Title: The utilization of the elements of the Feldenkrais method in an individual with a headache. Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to assess the effect of exercising certain elements of the Feldenkrais method on individuals suffering from long-term headaches. Four exercise units containing elements of the Feldenkrais method have been created and evaluated with the aim of reducing the frequency and intensity of headaches and improving the range of motion of the cervical spine. Methods: The methodology of the work was a mixed research in the form of a quasi- experiment. The observed set consisted of 13 persons suffering from headaches - 12 females, 1 male, aged from 21 to 38 years old (average of 30,3 years). The research part of the thesis focused on assessing the impact of 8 weeks of doing exercises with elements of the Feldenkrais method on the range of motion of the cervical spine, and the intensity and frequency of headaches. The intervention consisted of exercising in the subjects' home environment twice a week for a duration of 8 weeks according to individually designed plans containing elements of the Feldenkrais method. Providing language support to children with a different mother tongue in preschool age

The thesis is devoted to the problem of providing language support to children with a different mother tongue in preschool age. The theoretical part discusses the child with a different mother tongue, the framework conditions for providing language support to children with a different mother tongue at preschool age in the Czech Republic, methodical and educational materials suitable language support for children with a different mother tongue in preschool age and the method Kikus. Empirical part is prepared on the basis of action research conducted under the support of a language course by Kikus methods for children with a different mother tongue in preschool age. The artist in the empirical part of the main objective, secondary objectives and the main research question of action research, as well as the methodology of this research. Characterizes children's group, which conducted action research and its transformation. Presents selected case reports of children with a different mother tongue preschoolers attending a language course. The conclusion considers the specifics of the application method Kikus in support of the Czech language as a second language in children with a different mother tongue in preschool age and summarizes the course of action research. Body styling - principles and practical implementation

TITLE: Body styling - Principles and Practical Implementation OBJECTIVES: The aim of this diploma thesis is the search processing of available literary sources associated with bodystyling and the draft and verification of appropriate bodystyling lessons with positive effect on body composition for women and men without previous experience with bodystyling. METHODS: While elaborating this diploma thesis, my efforts were based on literary search, in particular I searched in literature focused on bodystyling and muscular system anatomy. This work shows its descriptive analytical character. Verification of drafted bodystyling lessons reveals, why bodystyling is a suitable form of regular physical exercise or activity. The target group consisted of twelve persons, six women and six men, within the age from twenty to fifty. None of them had previous experience with bodystyling lessons. RESULTS: The proposed physical intervention positively affected body composition interceded subjects that directly affected the body shaping. Body fat percentage was significantly reduced in eleven people out of twelve. The result of percentage of fat for the examined group is (-0,9±0,6) %. The Possibilites of T'ai Chi Lessons for Elderty in the Prague

Title: The possibilities of T'ai Chi lessons for the elderly in Prague Objective: Main goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out what are the possibilities of T'ai Chi lessons for the elderly in Prague. The goal is to map available T'ai Chi schools in Prague, find out where T'ai Chi can be practiced and whether schools offer special lessons for the elderly. In the introduction, the thesis aims to characterize Tai Chi as a martial art, explain the term elderly and describe the effects of T'ai Chi. Methods: The method of data collection was a study of available literature, mapping of Prague area with the focus on possibilities of T'ai Chi lessons for the elderly, as well as telephone interviews with representatives from the given T'ai Chi school. Results: I found out that there are many opportunities to practice T'ai Chi for the elderly in Prague. There is a high density of school in the city centre, in the outskirts T'ai Chi school are much more infrequent.
